Purchase and payments

Before purchasing, please make sure you have entered the correct Minecraft username. We cannot transfer packages from one player to another. After you confirm your purchase are processed via Buycraft. Meaning once the payment goes through you will receive your package. It can take up to 30 minutes - 1 hour  for your purchased items to appear in-game

 Refund Policy

Since the items and ranks you receive when purchasing are Digital Intangible Items, there is a strict no refund policy. Since you can not replace the time it took to assign you your rank, and/or give back the items you received no refunds will be granted. Opening a PayPal dispute will result in your account being banned on our network and other webstores. Please ensure you are over 18 or have parental permission before purchasing from the store.
